The testing machine should be placed on a hard floor in a dry and well-ventilated room, and the machine base should be firmly packed to prevent the whole machine from vibrating when it is started.

The indoor temperature of the test machine should be maintained at 10~35ºC.
- The screw and the lifting rod should be lubricated regularly to avoid corrosion.
- The power supply should be stable and meet the parameter requirements specified in the specification. If installed in an area with unstable voltage, a voltage regulator should be installed to avoid burning out the instrument.
- This product is best not to be used in thunderstorm weather to avoid special lightning breakdown of the instrument.

This function is factory-configured and is for technical supervision departments only. Users are not allowed to adjust it.
The instrument has been adjusted to the standard force value of 20kN according to the standard force ring before leaving the factory. If the force value is inaccurate during use, the standard force value of 20kN or more should be used to calibrate the instrument. If the standard force is not added, the instrument should not be adjusted.
1. During debugging, place the dynamometer between the upper press head and the workbench. Remove the front guard plate and rotate the pulley to raise or lower the workbench. If the gap is too large, activate the lifting mechanism to adjust the workbench height.
